Little Hunter draws inspiration from the land, the farmer, and the finest breeds in Australia to bring you dishes you will simply love. Our appreciation for great local produce honours the entire animal with clean, simple and thoughtful flavours. We source all our produce with the utmost care, supporting artisans and farmers who are committed to organic, natural and humane treatment, and share this with you by showcasing our producers monthly. Our mantra is to be constantly learning, growing and staying at the forefront of our craft. Small plates give us the chance to show off a little, and the larger plates are for you to feast on with friends. Everything at Little Hunter is house made with attention to detail, and we cure, smoke and preserve ourselves, so nothing is left to chance.
